1 Component Installation

Premise 1.1: All components shall be installed in accordance with the installation conditions specified by the manufacturer.

Applicable conditions

The required arc extinguishing distance

For the installation of the manual switch, it is necessary to ensure that the arc of the switch does not endanger the operator.

1.2 Before assembling, first see the drawings and technical requirements.

1.3 Check whether the product type, component type, specification, quantity and so on are in conformity with the drawings.

1.4 Check whether components are damaged or not

1.5 Must be installed as shown (if any)

1.6 Component assembly sequence should be viewed from the front of the board, from left to right, from top to bottom.

1.7 The assembly consistency of the same type of product shall be guaranteed.

1.8 The height of the component centerline on the panel and door panel shall conform to the requirements.

Component Name Installation Height (m)

Indicator Instrument and Indicator Lamp 0.6-2.0

Electric Energy Metering Instrument 0.6-1.8

Control switch and button 0.6-2.0

Emergency Operating Parts 0.8-1.6

Assembled products should meet the following requirements: easy to operate. Components in operation should not be hindered by space, there should be no possibility of touching charged bodies. Easy maintenance. It can easily replace components and repair wiring. Electrical clearance and creepage distance of various electrical components and devices shall comply with the provisions of Article 4.4. Guarantee the installation distance of primary and secondary lines.

1.9 All fasteners and metal parts used in assembly shall have protective layer. The burrs and sharp edges of screw holes, edges and surfaces shall be polished and smoothed before being coated with conductive paste.

1.10 For bolt fastening, appropriate tools should be selected, the protective layer of fasteners should not be destroyed, and the corresponding torque should be paid attention to.

1.11 Components above the main circuit, general reactor, transformer need to be grounded, circuit breaker does not need to be grounded, the following figure is the reactor grounded.

1.12 For the installation of heating elements (such as tubular resistors, radiators, etc.), the heat dissipation should be considered, and the installation distance should be in accordance with the requirements of the elements. Tube resistors rated at 75W or above shall be installed horizontally and not vertically on the ground. The following illustration shows an incorrect connection.

1.13 All electrical components and accessories shall be fixed on the bracket or base plate and shall not be suspended on the electrical appliances and connections.

1.14 There is a sign near each element on the wiring surface. The mark should be in accordance with the drawing. Except that the component itself has a tag for filling in, the tag may not be fixed on the component body.

A) Identification of terminals

The label 1.15 should be complete, clear and firm. Label sticking position should be clear and eye-catching

B) Double identification

1.16 Components mounted on the panel and door panel and their labels should be pasted below the panel and the back of the door panel. If there is no position below, they should be pasted on the left, but the pasting position should be as consistent as possible.

C) Devices on Doors

1.17 Protection Grounding Continuity

Protective grounding continuity is guaranteed by effective wiring.

When any two metal parts in the cabinet are connected by screw, if there is insulation layer, the corresponding specifications of grounding washers should be adopted, and attention should be paid to contact the surface of the parts (red ring) of the washer teeth, or damage the insulation layer.

The grounding (red ring) on the door should be padded to prevent poor contact due to paint problems, and the connection line should be as short as possible.

1.18 When installing components which are easily damaged by vibration, rubber cushion should be installed between the components and the installation plate to reduce vibration.

1.19 Components with operating handles should be adjusted in place without blocking.

1.20 Tighten the bolts reserved for customers on buses and components.

2. Secondary circuit wiring

2.1 Basic Requirements: Construction according to drawings and correct connection.

2.2 The connection of secondary wires (including bolt connection, splicing, welding, etc.) should be firm and reliable, and the wiring harness should be horizontal and vertical, with firm configuration, clear layers, neat and beautiful. The wiring mode of the same components under the same contract shall be the same.

2.3 Requirements for sectional area of secondary line:

Single wire is not less than 1.5 mm 2

Multiple conductors not less than 1.0 mm 2

Weak current circuit not less than 0.5mm2

Current circuit not less than 2.5mm2

Protective grounding wire not less than 2.5mm2

2.4 There shall be no joints in the middle of all connecting wires.

2.5 A maximum of 2 wires are allowed to be connected to the contacts of each electrical component.

2.6 The connection point of each terminal should not be connected with two wires. In special cases, if two wires must be connected, the connection must be reliable.

2.7 The secondary line should be far away from arc components and should not hinder the operation of electrical appliances.

2.9 The connection between the ammeter and the shunt shall not pass through the terminal, and the length of the line shall not exceed 3 meters.

2.10 The connection between the ammeter and the current transformer must pass through the test terminal.

2.11 The secondary line shall not pass through buses.

2.12 Connection of a resistive Profibus Bus plug (for a cable connection)

When only one cable is connected, the conductor is connected to the first interface to push the switch to "ON" position.

Accurate placement of braided shield belts

On metal guiding devices

2.13 Connection of Resistor Profibus Bus Plug (for connection of two cables)

The two wires connected are in series within the plug.

Push switch "OFF" position

Accurate placement of braided shield belts

On metal guiding devices

2.14 Connection of Profibus Bus Plug without Resistance

The braided shield belt is accurately laid flat on the metal guiding device.

Two red and green lines in the guide device are placed on the knife-edge terminal.

Green Wire: Connection Point A

Red Wire: Connection Point B

Connection of 2.15 pullback spring terminals

Stripping length of wire: 10 mm
